The Path Of The Mediterranean Flavors

Guided tour of a family run Mozzarella Cheese Producer in Ravello, an amazing town overlooking the spectacular Amalfi Coast & bay of Salerno, famous its amazing gardens and villas and for the Ravello Music Festival. During this fabulous excursion, you will enjoy a personalized tour of the cheese factory and learn about the process of making the delicious mozzarella cheese of  the Campania Region .You’ll be invited into the facility see the authentic mozzarella cheese production and learn how it has been produced by this family for over half a century; from the first drop of milk to the final delicious freshly produced mozzarella cheese.

Making cheese

Upon conclusion of the demonstration process,  you will continue to fully enjoy your experience making hands on your own  fresh mozzarella cheese being assisted by a local cheese maker.
During the day you will have the unique possibility to taste the mozzarella rolled by you plus other Delicious & Genuine  local products including wine and cheeses.

Wine Tasting

You will certainly enjoy a stroll around the secular vineyards, have an illustration of the different kind of grapes available & benefiting from a mild climate all year around, an explanation of the different production processes, visit to the modern and old cellar dating to the early 30’s plus, at the same spot at lunch time, while being surrounded by a magical and relaxing atmosphere, you will certainly fully enjoy a delicious Mediterranean styled meal, the introduction and tasting of 4 wines locally produced
